• The Free Trial Day is available exclusively to persons whose permanent place of residence is in the Canton of Bern, Switzerland.

• Proof of residence required. Fitpoint 24/7 may request a valid ID and/or proof of address before activating the free trial.

• One free trial per person. Each person may use the Free Trial Day once only. Multiple registrations using different email addresses, telephone numbers or other details are not permitted.

• Personal and non-transferable. The Free Trial Day may only be used by the registered person and may not be transferred to another person.

• Registration required. The trial must be registered and approved by Fitpoint 24/7 before access is granted.

• Gym rules apply. All Fitpoint 24/7 house rules, safety rules and instructions apply during the Free Trial Day.

• Training at your own risk. Users are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to exercise and must use all equipment correctly and responsibly.

• No cash value. The Free Trial Day cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or combined with other promotions.

• Misuse. Fitpoint 24/7 reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Free Trial Day where false information, repeated registrations or misuse of the offer is suspected.

• Changes to the offer. Fitpoint 24/7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Free Trial Day promotion at any time.
